ACEC Washington Registration Policy

Late Registrations/Closed Registration

Late registration fees are in effect two weeks before the event (some exceptions). Online registration will close two business days before the event.


We know that scheduling changes happen. If you are unable to attend an ACEC Washington event, please notify us and we will cancel your registration. Cancellations prior to the late registration date will receive full refund.


Refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to the late registration date (2 weeks before event). No-shows cannot be refunded. ACEC Washington will refund partial fees if the attendee is charged the incorrect fee. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be done either by the credit card used or a check will be issued.


ACEC Washington accepts substitutions for events. If possible, please make substitutions two days prior to the event. Registrants can substitute online or by contacting the ACEC Washington office. If substituting the day-of, please notify us at the event who you are substituting for.

No Shows

We understand sometimes attendees cannot attend the meetings. If you are unable to attend, you may request any materials, if available. We cannot refund no-show for our events, nor apply credit to a future event.

Drop-In Attendees / Non-Registered Attendees

We request that all attendees register prior to the event date. To ensure our members have the best experience possible at our events, having an accurate headcount allows presenters to provide the attendees with correct materials.

Reaching Capacity

Some events will have a maximum capacity, and occasionally that gets reached well in advance of the event. Registration will close when capacity is reached.
