ABOUT THE SPEAKERKyle V. Davy, AIA established his consulting practice in 1992 to help architecture and engineering firms develop the leadership and management capacities they need to thrive in an increasingly turbulent business environment and to be more effective and influential stewards of the built and natural environment. He facilitates strategic planning, scenario planning, and futuring processes for design professionals across the country. He assists firms in their efforts to establish internal leadership development, “corporate university,” and learning programs and has designed and delivered project management, firm management, and leadership programs that have been attended by thousands of professionals.
Kyle lectures widely and is a principal faculty member of the Senior Executive Institute (SEI) offered by the American Counsel of Engineering Companies. He has published numerous articles on management practices in the A/E industry. He co-authored, with Susan L. Harris, PhD, the book Value Redesigned: New Models for Professional Practice, published in 2005. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
