2011 Fall Leadership Forum
"Leadership Forum and Personal Development”
Kyle Davy, AIA
EVENT INFORMATION
The future is here, confronting consulting engineering firms with a broad array of leadership challenges. Building leadership capacity to proactively deal with these emerging challenges will be critical for both personal and firm success. This kick-off session for ACEC Washington’s Leadership Forum is designed to help leaders address this leadership imperative. Join this highly interactive learning process to explore the future of leadership for consulting engineers, including such questions as:
- What will the future of the industry look like?
- What forces are reshaping the world of consulting engineering?
- What leadership challenges will be present?
- How should leaders and firms respond?
- How can you build leadership capacity, both individually and within the firm?
