ACEC Washington’s Developing Leaders Group (DLG) brings together the next generation of leaders in the engineering and design industry.

Comprised of emerging professionals from our member firms, DLG is designed to create space for connection, growth, and leadership development early in careers.

DLG exists to support rising professionals by providing opportunities to:

DLG Series

The DLG Series features events hosted by ACEC member firms and is designed specifically for emerging professionals.

Each session includes:

A focused educational component centered on leadership and professional development
Real-world insights relevant to early and mid-career professionals
Dedicated time for informal networking and relationship-building

These events are free to ACEC WA members and are intentionally structured to be approachable, engaging, and highly practical.
