Core Competencies for Professionals
Level Up to Lead.
To thrive in executive roles or ownership tracks, emerging leaders need more than technical expertise—they need strategic, real-world leadership skills tailored to the A/E industry.
Core Competencies for Professionals (CCP) is a nine-part seminar series designed to prepare high-potential staff for the realities of firm leadership in today’s unpredictable economy.
Led by nationally recognized experts, CCP delivers regionally accessible, cost-effective training grounded in the daily challenges of A/E firms. Participants walk away with sharper strategic thinking, stronger teams, and the skills to serve high-value clients with confidence.
