#welcome #leadership #aec | ACEC Washington State 📣 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗘𝗢! After an extensive nationwide search led by the ACEC Washington Board of Directors, we are excited to announce that Aaron Adelstein has 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗖 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗖𝗘𝗢. As many of you know, Van Collins will retire on September 1, following twelve years of dedicated leadership and service to our association and the engineering industry. During this transition, Aaron and Van are working closely together to ensure a seamless handoff and continued support for our members. Aaron brings more than 20 years of executive leadership, business development, and sustainability experience in the built environment. Before joining ACEC Washington, he led business operations and revenue growth for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties and served as Executive Director of Built Green, where he helped 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻'𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. Throughout his career, Aaron has built strong partnerships across the AEC industry, public agencies, nonprofits, and local communities.
